ORDER

On approval of maximum prices for paid medical services rendered by the “Regional Center for Family Health and Reproduction”, state budget-financed health care facility of Department of Health of Krasnodar Region in excess of the established government assignment, as well as in cases determined by laws within the limits of the established government assignment.
In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 04.10.2012 No. 1006 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of paid medical services by medical organizations by order No. 2022 of Department of Health of Krasnodar Region of 04.04.2019 “On approval of the procedure for determining the prices (tariffs) for medical services rendered by the state budget-financed health care facilities, administered by the Department of Health of Krasnodar Region, rendered by them in excess of the established government assignment, as well as in cases stipulated by laws, within the limits of the established government assignment",
I HEREBY ORDER:
- To approve the maximum price limits for paid medical services rendered by the "Regional Center for Family Health and Reproduction", state budget-financed health care facility of Ministry of Health of Krasnodar Region (hereinafter - Center for Family Health, SBHCF) in excess of the established government assignment, and also in cases stipulated by laws, within the limits of the established government assignment in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
- To recognize as invalid:
- The Order of the chief medical officer State budget-financed health care facility «Center for Family Health and Reproduction» «On approval of maximum prices for paid medical services rendered by the “Regional Center for Family Health and Reproduction”, state budget-financed health care facility of Ministry of Health of Krasnodar Region in excess of the established government assignment, as well as in cases determined by laws within the limits of the established government assignment» No. 133-ОB of 09.16.2021.
- The Order of the chief medical officer State budget-financed health care facility «Center for Family Health and Reproduction» «On amendments to Order No. 133- ОB of 09.06.2021» No. 171- ОB оf 08.09.2022.
- I.G. Kuznetsova, the Deputy Chief Doctor on economic issues shall ensure the control over the correct application of the maximum prices for paid medical services rendered by the Center for Family Health, SBHCF.
- The present order shall be posted on the official website of the Center for Family Health, SBHCF.
- The present order shall come into force on 01 November 2022.
- I shall personally supervise the implementation of the order.
